When you've been abused, whether it's mental, physical, emotional, monetary or any other form, you lock that in your body and try to hold it away from yourself and the rest of the world. In that process, you're prepared for the next abuse delivered at you. Literally, you rigidize and stress your body to always be on-alert.

This incredible body process helps to release from the cellular structure of the body any memories, patterns, and programs of abuse that it has stored and locked in.

Prior to receiving the abuse hold your body requires to clear the conscious elements of the limitations, judgments, and fixed points of view that are keeping you stuck. This is done by listening to the Pre-Abuse Hold Clearing Loop by Gary Douglas available from Access Consciousness®.

The perspectives here may seem quite different and strange, but they are designed to put you back as the power in your own life and take you out of powerlessness and victimhood.

This not only assists in freedom from sexual, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual abuse from others but also where you are abusing yourself. Patterns of abuse can affect all areas of your life, relationships, work, body, money, and more.

When you receive an Abuse Hold session you lie on a massage table (fully clothed!) and you are held in a safe, nurturing and gentle way allowing the natural unfolding of emotions to take place. If necessary, there will be verbal facilitation to clear any energy blocks.

Abuse Hold Sessions consist of two steps:

1. You need to listen to the Pre-Abuse Hold Clearings 22 times to prepare your body for the abuse hold body process (if you received physical abuse, mental abuse, and sexual abuse you may require listening to it at least sixty times). You can put the recording on repeat and play on low as you go about your day or during the night while you sleep.
